Every winter I try and read "Winter's Tale" by Mark Helprin. I love the book and feel it's an appropriate activity for winter. I have to "try" to read it because my copies of it all go missing.
Other things: "A Confederacy of Dunces" which I'm halfway through. And "Infinite Jest" which I haven't started yet.

It’s been a while since I’ve read it, too. I need to find my remaining copy. I’m sure it’s around here, somewhere.
Luckily, January-February is the coldest time around here when we’re most likely to get snow (if you want to call it that), so I’ve got some time left to dig it up.
